  • All players will be rated by a committee – no single person will assign ratings
  • Players must be 16 years of age or older or have permission from league manager
  • Players will be rated as Novice, Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum and re-evaluated periodically

  • Teams may have 2 players from the next highest league on their roster (no * allowed)
  • Teams may have players from any league lower than the league they are playing in
  • Players may only be on 1 roster per league
  • No roster changes after the 3rd week of the season or 3rd game, whichever is later
  • Any exceptions are subject to manager approval

SUBSTITUTE PLAYERS

  • Must have at least 3 players from roster or game is forfeit.  After declared forfeit, substitutes agreeable to the opponent can be added and a game, with referees, can be played without stats being recorded.
  • If team has 3, 4 or 5 players from their roster, they may pick up substitute players (who must be players in the current season) to bring their total to 6 players but the substitutes must be rated at or below the level of the league in which the team plays.  For example: If a Bronze team has 3 of their rostered skaters and they want to pick up 3 substitutes, they may only pick up Novice or Bronze rated players.  Subs do not participate in shootouts.  No substitutes skaters for playoffs
  • If your designated goalie is present, he must play in net.  Any goalie substitute that is not a current player in the division must be approved by the League Manager prior to the start of the game.
  • A team may “roster check” the opponent at any time prior to the end of the game or prior to using their time out, whichever comes first.  If the opponent has any ineligible players, the ineligible players will be ejected from the game and a present rostered player will serve a 10 minute misconduct penalty.  If the opponent has no ineligible players, the team calling for the “roster check” will lose their ability to call a time out.
